Police: Woman admits stabbing man to death near Ella

A woman called police and said she had stabbed a man to death at an apartment near the Heights early this morning.
Police discovered the man's body inside an apartment at 2121 Ella near 21st Street about 12:15 a.m. Friday, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said the man, whose name has not been released, was stabbed at least once. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported. Police said the two were alone in the apartment at the time of the stabbing.
Investigators are questioning the woman, whose name has not been released. No charges have been filed so far.
Police said investigators are trying to determine what led to the stabbing.
Investigators were uncertain of the connection between the woman and the man.
